My mother was 80 years old when I got her a lymphasizer/rebounder. She was on a walker and her equilibrium was poor. To get on the Lymphasizer/rebounder she had to put straps around that were attached to a wall, and she had to hold onto some-thing so she wouldn’t fall down. But she kept going and now she is able to jog up and down about one thousand times. To have energy is to have youth. Therefore she is becoming younger with the use of the lymphasizer/rebounder. – DR.
